How Do I Become a Member?

If you are a past/current client and/or someone who has referred business to us in any capacity, you are automatically a part of Radiant Rewards! You will receive one entry into our monthly giveaways!

Refer someone who is looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. They must meet with us to qualify for your membership, but no purchase is necessary—it’s that easy!

Please fill out the form below with their name and contact information, and don’t forget to include your name in the message so we know who referred them.

Active Benefits

Each month, we host a premium giveaway valued at $300-$500+ to thank you for your trust and support. As a Radiant Rewards member, your referrals not only help others, but also increase your chances of winning and unlocking exciting perks!

✨ Spark Level: 1 referral = 25 entries into that month’s giveaway + 1 monthly entry for future giveaways.

🌟 Radiant Level: 2 referrals = 50 entries into that month’s giveaway + 2 monthly entries for future giveaways. Also, receive $50 in local gift cards if drawn for the giveaway.

Level Progression and Membership Duration

Your level is determined by the total number of referrals you send that meet with us:

Move Up a Level: Refer additional people who meet with us within 6 months to elevate to the next level.
Maintain Your Level: Keep introducing us to those who are looking to buy, sell, or invest and once they meet with us, you’ll continue enjoying rewards and perks!

If no additional referrals are made:

Active Benefits: Conclude six months from your last referral.
Recurring Incentives: Conclude six months from your last referral.
You Can Still Win Big! Since you’ve sent us a referral, you will still be a part of our reward program and receive one entry into our monthly giveaways!

What is a Referral?

A referral is someone thinking of buying, selling, or investing in real estate and who permits you to give me their information so that I can contact that person to set up an appointment to meet.

A referral is not me selling anyone a home. It does not matter if I get that person under contract or if I close the transaction.

The best way to send a referral is by entering their information below or by group texting us with the person being referred, as an introduction so we can schedule a time to meet.
